Wood vs. Metal shed for my backyard?

Do to storage issues, I think having a shed in the backyard would be an easy way to clear out some stuff from our garage. Locally there is a lot of retailers selling wood sheds that look great, but if you look around everyone I know has a metal shed. We live in southern Georgia where it is swampy and humid. My concern with the wood is that it will rot or attract termites. My issues with the metal are it will rust and be leaky. I know there is vinyl sheds too, but I haven't see many of those so I don't know what to think of them. So what are the pros and cons of wood and metal sheds.

you have to put the metal sheds together the wooden one get brought to you already built have one thats made of cedar and that will take care of the humidity and bug problems

i don't usually like metal sheds because they are made with such thin metal. They make them with lots of creases to make them more rigid, but still it's such a thin grade that they rust through very quickly and fall apart. With wood, you can at least paint a good coat of water proof paint and seal the wood from moisture.
I have a wood shed that I love also because even when a raccoon ate through the side to get at a bag of birdseed, I was able to nicely repair it with some plywood. Also, I was able to make shelves to place above the little rafters for more storage.
